These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of shopnavina.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy posted on this site.
Our Collection
Navina offers jewelry, adornment, art, and collectible objects, including handmade and vintage pieces. We work to describe materials, dimensions, weights, condition, maker information, and attribution status accurately.
Handmade work may show individual variation. Vintage work may show patina, wear, repairs, or replacement components. These characteristics are not considered defects when they are described or visible in the listing.
Photographs and Digital Presentation
Photographs are part of each product description. Please review all available images and contact us before purchasing if a detail is important to you.
Navina uses original product photographs to document the pieces offered for sale. A background may be replaced for visual continuity only when the photographed object itself remains unchanged and passes source comparison. Product imagery must not alter the piece’s proportions, scale, color, surface condition, construction, marks, or included components. Original documentary views are retained so the actual piece can be examined closely. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of color.
Maker Information and Attribution
When a listing uses the words “attributed to,” available marks, records, or comparison evidence appear consistent with the named maker, but direct confirmation has not been completed. A mark is evidence for evaluation, not proof of authorship by itself.
A listing does not imply endorsement, authentication, representation, or affiliation by an artist, estate, tribe, gallery, or other third party unless that relationship is expressly stated.
Orders and Pricing
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order because of an inventory or pricing error, payment or fraud concern, shipping restriction, or another lawful reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices are shown in United States dollars. Applicable taxes and any available shipping upgrades are calculated at checkout. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Site Content and Use
Please do not interfere with the operation of this site, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content unlawfully. Original Navina text, photography, graphics, and branding may be protected by law. Artist names, hallmarks, artworks, and other third party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Updates and Questions
We may update these Terms and Conditions by posting a revised version and a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any rights that cannot legally be limited.
